How we work

Before you get here

For the first time podcaster it is a good idea to have a full outline of what you want to achieve before you arrive. You don’t need a full script, but have some bullet points on what you want to talk about. If you are conducting an interview, have some starter questions ready in case the conversation stalls. Of course, before you show up, we will have a conversation via e-mail to make sure you are ready.

On arrival

When you get to the studio we will have a brief conversation about basic mic techniques to maximise the quality of the recording. We’ll then go over your programme and make sure that we are on the same page regarding what it is that you want to achieve. And finally, we’ll get you situated in the recording booth, set up the lights and cameras for the video and go over your mic technique one last time. And off you go…

AFter you are gone

It can take up to 2 business days for all of the editing and processing to be done. In some cases we will advise you to take out certain dead spots, slow spots or retakes. If we take anything out of the podcast we will do so with your full knowledge and consent. If you choose to post your podcast and video yourself, we will deliver both products to you via file transfer, otherwise we will send you an e-mail every time a platform comes online.
